“Green Oaks”, Darling Point, Sydney Australia, was the private home of Thomas Mort and his family from 1846. The expansive lawns were a renowned place of peace and natural tranquility and were regularly open to the public. It remains one of Australia’s most famous private residences.
Green Oaks cattle are paddock-raised, then for approximately 4 months are provided with a natural, slow-cooked Australian grown cereal ration that is 100% Hormone Free. The result is a highly consistent unique eating experience, exhibiting both a “natural flavour” profile yet with beautiful “white fat” that disseminates throughout the beef when heated.
